Chunky’s General Event Policy Information
Menus and Pricing
Menu selections, room arrangements, and other important details are strongly recommended to be submitted to our function coordinator 2 weeks in advance of the function date. Our function coordinator will be happy to discuss our menu options and help you select the option that best meets your particular needs. All prices are subject to 18% Gratuity and 9% NH State Tax or 5% MA State Tax. No outside food or beverage is allowed.
Reservation Details
Reservation is dependent on amenity availability, day and time of request. Therefore it is strongly recommended that functions are booked 2-4 weeks in advance. Final guest numbers are needed 7-10 days prior to function date. We charge for the group number or the number served whichever is greater. Buffet & Hors D'oeuvres options require a minimum of 50 guests. Chunky’s does not take function reservations on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Billing
The designated billing amount is due in full the day of the scheduled event. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for functions who meet the group size, amenity, & menu size criteria. The prepaid total for groups eligible is 30% of the billing amount one week prior to event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full the day of the scheduled event. Chunky’s accepts cash, credit card, or check.
Liquor Policy
Chunky's in NH and MA hold a full liquor license granted by the State Liquor Commission. No person under 21 will be allowed to consume or purchase alcoholic beverages.
Drink tickets are available to purchase for $5.50 each for group sizes 25 or more.
