We accept cash and all major credit cards for payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover).  We do not accept personal checks.  We will also accept Debit Cards as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Everyone should arrive *one hour before the show time for your birthday celebration. The party is over when the movie is over. *45mins is okay if it is an after-school movie time

No. To book your party we just need some specific information about your party to put in our system.

Payment is due on the day of your party.  Your server will present you with the bill towards the end of the movie.

Our party coordinator will give you a specific day…but it is typically 5-7 business days before your party.

We do not allow balloons as they obstruct the viewing of the screen.

Chunky’s provides a “Happy Birthday” video on the big screen before the movie. This video plays before the trailers begin (5-10 minutes before the movie’s start time). The video shows a short minion-themed clip then displays “Happy Birthday” with a picture of your child. After your birthday party request is approved, our function coordinator will request a high resolution, face-focused photo of the birthday child (phone cameras are perfectly fine). Please do not send the photo before the coordinator asks for it. *A party may be not be eligible for a birthday video if the party is finalized less than 5 business days in advance.

Each child at the party will receive a goodie box resembling traditional movie theater candy. The goodie box includes: a free movie admission pass for the child’s next visit, a free popcorn coupon, and an assortment of fun-size Skittles and Starbursts.

We have two matinee times on the weekends, holidays and school vacation weeks. The first show-time ranges from appx 12:00p, to 1:30pm and the second show-time ranges from appx 3:00pm to 4:45pm. During Fall, Winter and Spring (when school is in session), our week-day showtimes are on Wed, Thurs & Fri only (no Mon/Tues) generally at appx movie times ranging from 3:45pm to 4:45pm (depending on location and length of movie). Our party coordinator should have more exact information in the 3-4 week time-frame.

We always try to have the newly released PG/G family film. We typically have good information on movies and times about 3-4 weeks in advance. Please fill out our birthday request form; we will put your name on a list that holds the date(s). We will get back to you as soon as the information becomes available. FYI…Prices are subject to incur an added $3 surcharge per person if the family film we have is 3D. We do not know if the movies are in the 3-D version until 3-4 weeks in advance.
