Do kids need to wear a mask?
We are asking all customers to wear a mask when entering our locations where social distancing cannot be practiced. If children under 3 years old are not comfortable wearing a mask, they do not need to wear one.
Is your full menu available?
Yes it is. However, for your safety and to help our kitchen-to-table service upon reopening, we will be rolling out with limited disposable menus. The menu options are slightly scaled down but the favorites are still there! When you come for a movie, you can either scan a QR code to view the menu on your phone, or grab a disposable one.
Can we reserve seats?
Yes, as of May 14, 2021 we changed back to our original reserved seating format. When purchasing tickets online, you’ll now see a seating chart where you can select your exact seats prior to arrival. If you plan to purchase your tickets when you arrive to Chunky’s, our Box Office is now equip with customer-facing screens where you can view the seating chart and choose seats prior to entering the auditorium. Can I select seats for live comedy and other special events?
Yes. For live comedy events, the room layout remains the same. Therefore the seating chart will be unchanged. For events such as dueling pianos where the players are stations at the center of the auditorium, you will see a custom seating chart.
I don’t recognize some of the seat icons above the chart.
We are using a reserved seating chart from our ticketing software company. Icons such as “Companion” & “Sofa” do not apply to Chunky’s Cinema Pub. These can be ignored as we are not able to remove them from the chart.
When should we arrive to the theater for our showtime?
- Matinee & Evening Showtimes (showtimes between 10:31am – 8:59pm) doors open 1 hour before showtime.
- Late Showtimes (showtimes after 9:00pm) doors open 30 minutes before showtime.
Can I change my seats after I’ve purchased?
Yes, you can change your seats only if the seats are you looking to swap are still available. You will need to contact the location’s box office to make this adjustment. This cannot be changed without Chunky’s staff assistance. Please note, this request may not be successfully completed within 24 hours of your selected movie showtime.
Which seats are wheelchair accessible?
All seats at Chunky’s in all theaters are wheelchair accessible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards for payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover). We do not accept personal checks. We will also accept Debit Cards as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.
